PAYMENTS
Prices include VAT.
All orders must be paid in full before delivery.
During the ordering process, you will be required to provide your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
ORDERING FLOWERS
a) Substitutions: All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equivalent value and quality without notice.
Certain flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
b) Cut off time: The cut off time for same day deliveries will be notified on the website (order and payment must be fully processed before that time).
c) Right to decline the order: We reserve the right to cancel an order without reason, in that case, we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and will refund your payment in full as soon as possible.
In the event that we are unable to supply the product or any substitute product, we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and will refund your payment in full as soon as possible.
Only orders from our webshop may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.
This cancellation policy does not apply to orders placed in person, over the phone, or via email.
DELIVERY
The sender is responsible for providing correct and accurate delivery address and name of the recipient.
Where the delivery driver is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbour, leave the order in a secure location (the driver will leave a note for the recipient with information where the order is) or leave a calling card at the address for the recipient to make contact with us. In case of unsuccessful delivery, apart from leaving a calling card, we may try to contact the recipient using the phone number or email provided by the sender. Please note that you may be charged an additional delivery fee if we were unable to complete delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address.
No deliveries on Sundays and Bank Holidays unless otherwise specified through our website.
a) Delivery areas: We deliver to the following postcodes: SW1, SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW10, SW11, SW13, SW14, SW15, SW18, SW19, W4, W6, W8, W14, TW1, TW2, TW9, TW10, TW11, TW12, KT1, KT2. The cost associated with the delivery of each order will be notified to the user on the checkout page before the payment.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds for flower orders will only be processed if requested before the crafting of the products begins. As our blooms are personalized and handcrafted, we cannot offer refunds once the crafting process has commenced.
For orders involving vouchers, refunds will also take into consideration whether the purchased vouchers have been redeemed or not. If any of the vouchers included in the order have already been used, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Please ensure to contact us as soon as possible if you wish to request a refund for your order. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
VOUCHER PURCHASE POLICY
When purchasing a voucher, it will be automatically sent to the email address specified for the voucher's owner. Please note that the buyer will not receive a copy of the voucher; only the specified voucher owner will receive it. The voucher code generated is unique and must be securely protected by the owner. As the code is encrypted upon generation, no one at Bloomside Florist Ltd. has access to it. Additionally, the voucher creation email cannot be resent, so it is the responsibility of the owner to keep the code safe as there are no additional copies beyond the received email.
Vouchers will remain valid for one year from their creation date. They can be redeemed both online and in physical stores to purchase any product except other vouchers. Bloomside Florist Ltd. reserves the right to deactivate vouchers at any time without notifying the owner, especially if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity related to the voucher purchase.
Since voucher delivery and activation are automatic processes, orders featuring vouchers can only be refunded if the acquired voucher(s) have not been used. Once a voucher has been redeemed, the order cannot be refunded.

We keep information related to the orders for 3 months for the sole purpose of dealing with possible enquiries. After this period, we securely delete or anonymize your data. We do not keep, process or have access to any information related to the payments.
All payments are securely processed by Paymentsense Limited and Walk Up Limited.
